St. Vincent de Paul Catholic School will admit students of any race, color, or national origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to our students.
Admission Prioritization Policy
Prioritization tiers are used to register students for the coming year. Registration for 2019-20 started November 1, 2018.
Students who transfer to St. Vincent de Paul Catholic School may be tested to assist in evaluating proper grade placement. All new students will be placed on a 30-day academic assessment probationary period.
1. Families with students presently attending grades PK3 – 8
2. St. Vincent de Paul or St. Stephen parishioners whose children are not currently attending SVdP School
3. Non-parishioners whose children are not currently attending SVdP School
Registration is held in the spring for the following year. A non-refundable registration fee per child is assessed at this time. Registration not only assures a place in class for pre-registered children, it also allows administration to determine proper classroom divisions and teacher-student ratios for the following year.
September 1 is the birthday cut-off. No child will be admitted until they have attained the required age. Special circumstances exist for students turning the required age between Start of School and September 1st.
